A virtual Tea Ceremony may seem unconventional, yet it traverses time and space. The Way of Tea offers a simple and profound practice of present moment awareness through slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering our connection with the natural world.
We gather from across the globe, each in our own place, yet together in ceremony.
You will be guided inward through a grounding meditation before the tea begins to flow. We then enter several bowls in silence, allowing space to listen for what is arising from within.
Following the silence, there is an opportunity to share and be witnessed, for those who wish. We close with a guided reflection, inviting what has emerged to be integrated.
This is for you, if you feel called to:

Inner work can often feel very isolating.
Gathering together offers the opportunity to be witnessed and to witness others, as we each listen more deeply within.

Plan to:
Arrive early, as the room closes five minutes after we begin.
Remain on video for the duration of the ceremony.
Stay for the full gathering.
Suggestions for preparing for the ceremony will be provided upon RSVP.
