Cha Dao Ceremony

You are invited to join us weekly, via Zoom.

*No prior expereince or special accoutrements needed!

A Virtual Tea Ceremony is seemingly unconventional; yet the experience evoked through this ancient practice is potent and traverses time and space. It is a deep practice of present moment awareness; and a portal to one’s inner journeying.

Gather together in community, individually, yet together, amidst this sacred space.

You will be guided …

Inwards with a grounding meditation; and as the tea begins to flow*, you are invited to open to being with all that is arising from the depths of your heart. After several bowls in silence, an opportunity is created for sharing, for those wishing to be witnessed in their experience. The ceremony concludes with a guided reflection supporting you in integrating the inner wisdom that arose, as you journey forth into your coming moments.

This is for you if you are feeling called to:

• Breathe

• Return to yourSelf

By its very nature, inner journeying can oftentimes feel very isolating.

This offering is created for you to join together with those from across the globe, opening to being witnessed and witnessing each other in the midst of inner explorations; while being held in a safe and sacred space.

You will have the opportunity to experience:

• Grounding through a guided meditation

• Awakening to the present moment with awareness

• Engaging in ceremony

• Listening deeply to the wisdom that is arising, with an active receptive practice of loving presence

• Integrating your experience

• Feeling connected through shared threads of experience amidst those who have been called to gather

To honor this sacred space:

• You must be on video throughout the full ceremony

• The room will be ‘closed’ 5 minutes after we begin, so plan to arrive early

• You are asked to stay for the full gathering

Every Sunday, 7am PT (ideal for US and for Europe)

Donation: You are encouraged to choose an amount that feels right, represents a real commitment and is respectful of your financial circumstances. Suggested Donation, $28. If your financial means are limited, then you are encouraged to choose a token amount, or even zero.
