The Way of Tea is an ancient daily spiritual practice of cultivating awakened presence. When one sits in ceremony, whether on their own or in community, they are gifted an opportunity to receive the wisdom of Tea. It’s essence creates a space in-between: our thoughts, feelings, experiences, each other and the environment around us. And in this space a portal is open whereby one may journey inward on their path of self-discovery and healing.
